Obituary of Anna J. Meyers

Born February 9, 1941 to Julius and Amelia Kouneski, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2023. She was born, raised and lived her entire life in Baltimore but was always proud of her strong Lithuanian heritage. 

In 1963, Anna married her late husband, Joseph F. Meyers.  Anna’s greatest pride was their two sons, John C. Meyers, Sr. (Laura) and Robert J. Meyers (Rose).  She liked to spoil her three grandchildren, Lauren V. Meyers, John C. Meyers, Jr. (Kaila) and Rebecca L. Meyers. She was always interested to know what activities her three great-granddaughters were taking part in and Victoria L. Meyers, Dahlia J. Beadenkopf and Stella R. Meyers were always excited to visit their Mom Mom. 

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers, Jules Kouneski and Charles Kouneski. She is survived by her sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her brother, Joseph P. Kouneski and several nieces and nephews.
