Obituary of Dolores Ann Dressler

On April 5, 2023, Dolores A. (Dee) Dressler of Ellicott City passed away at the age of 92.  She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence J. (Pete) Dressler.  "Dee and Pete" were married for 66 years.

 

Born in Lorain, Ohio, Dolores was the daughter of Emily C. Blanton (nee Mezzatesta) and Charles Porciello.  When she was a young adult, Dolores moved to Maryland with her family, where she began her career in the banking industry.  At age 65, Dolores retired from Merrill Lynch, where she had worked as an executive assistant for many years.

 

Dolores was an avid reader and loved to travel internationally with her husband..   She especially enjoyed boating and entertaining guests at their summer home on the Magothy River.

 

Dolores is survived by several nieces and nephews.
