




Obituary of Katherine Florence Deboy
Katherine Florence, 90, from Baltimore passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
Katherine was born on May 18, 1932 to the late Frank and Genevieve (nee Hoffmeyer) Pegg.
She is survived by her loving children: Laura Brzeczko (Walt), Theresa Plitt (Rod), Larry, Maurice (Kathy), Tim (Jim) and Chris (Kim); Grandchildren: Laura, James, Mick, Kim, Walter, Will, Christopher, Audra, Bradley, Khristy and Chris Jr.; Great Grandchildren: Josie, Makayiah, Mason, Sydney, Haley, Ethan, Lana, Jack and pending Baby Beau; Sister Joan Spiker, late cousin Elaine Bevans and many other family and friends.
Katherine met Bill in Gywnn Oak Park; they fell in love at first site and were married in 1953. They were inseparable until his passing in May of 2015.
Katherine was such a kind, selfless woman who always found ways to help her community; She fostered newborn babies with Catholic Charities for many years and would of loved to keep every baby if she could. She loved Rhebs Homemade Chocolate; she asked for it for every holiday and it reminded her of the times Bill courted her before their marriage. Katherine enjoyed family dinners with her extended family and later in life she loved living between Florida and Maryland.
Katherine's legacy will live on and will live strong with all of the generations she and Bill helped create.
Loudon Park Funeral Home will be holding the vieiwng for Katherine Deboy on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 2-4PM + 6-8P. The funeral will begin at 10AM on Thursday, November 17, 2022 in Loudon Park's Primrose Chapel with entombment to follow. 3620 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, Maryland 21229.
