Obituary of Cindy Ann White

On Thursday, November 3, 2022, Cindy Ann White, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother and friend, left this world, suddenly, at the age of sixty-two, in her home.

Cindy was born to Luella Burch and Charles Toney on February 8, 1960, in Baltimore, Maryland. She completed school in 1978, and spent much of her professional career as a teaching assistant to children with special needs at Eastern Family Resource Center, and The High Road School in Baltimore County, Maryland. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family. She was a very talented painter and enjoyed sharing her love of painting with her grandchildren. Cindy was a strong, feisty women. She was outgoing, hard-working, kind, and protective of her loved ones.

Cindy was the beloved Mother to Crystal Gosnell and her husband Craig, David White and his wife Sarah, and Heather Brooks and her husband Jeffrey. She was the beloved grandmother to eleven grandchildren, Brady, Maleaha, Eryc, Isaac, Gabe, Lucas, Lincoln, Samantha, David and Alex.

Visitations for Cindy will be held at Loudon Park Funeral Home, 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229, on Thursday November 10, 2022 from 2pm - 4pm & 6pm - 8pm. A funeral service will be held at Loudon Park Funeral Home on Friday November 11, 2022 at 10am, with Deacon Ed Whitesell, of St Agnes Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, at 11am.
