Obituary of Keith Charles Braun

On Friday, July 1st, 2022, Keith Braun, beloved father and brother passed away, at age 63.

 Keith was born on February 11th, 1959, to Charles and Gloria Braun of Ellicott City, Maryland. He attended Mt. Hebron High School and resided in Catonsville. He was a skilled welder in the construction industry.

Keith loved the outdoors; he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He looked forward to bow season every year and enjoyed walking and taking in the scenery of the woods. Surf fishing was his passion, especially camping on Assateague Island. A music and animal lover, he always had a pet cat or two. Keith could sometimes be soft spoken, but always a great sense of humor, and an infectious laugh and smile. He looked forward to spending time with friends old and new through the years and was always good for a funny post on Facebook. He was excited to be a new grandfather and loved to share pictures and talk about his granddaughter.

Keith was also a man of very strong faith and knew that God was with him. He made it a priority to share this with his family, and always had a way of seeing the good in tough situations.

He is survived by his son Nicholas Braun and fiancé Misha Boger of West Palm Beach, and granddaughter Vivian. His sister Cindy Braun of Timonium, and nieces Sarah, Emily Horton and her husband Rob, and Jessica.

He is predeceased by his father Charles, his mother Gloria, as well as his sister Anne and brother Mark.

A memorial for Keith will be held at the Loudon Park Funeral Home, 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229, on Saturday July 23rd, 2022, at 12pm. All friends and family are welcome to celebrate and remember Keith's life and what he meant to us all.
