Obituary of Robert Lee Hargadon

Robert Lee Hargadon passed away peacefully on April 2, 2020 at the age of 69. He is survived by his wife, Luanne (Heldmann) Hargadon, son, Joseph Mathew Hargadon, daughter-in-law Erin Tucker and three beautiful granddaughters, Sophia Grace, Cora Belle and Willow Rose. He is also survived by his siblings: brothers, Clifton Jr. and his wife Joan Hargadon, Michael and Jane Hargadon, Edward R.K. Hargadon and Valdona Kuciauskas, Raymond Hargadon and Sandy Sheldon, Joseph and Susan Hargadon and Don and Laural Hargadon, his sisters: Jean Hargadon Wehner and Michael Wehner (deceased), Katherine (Hargadon) and Jim Zester and Helen (Hargadon) and Rod Williams. Also by 25 beloved nieces and nephews and 17 great grand nieces and nephews.

 

A Memorial Service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Loudon Park Funeral Home Chapel, 3260 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229. Lunch to follow after at Loudon Park Funeral Home reception room.

In lieu of flowes, donantions may be made to the CancerCares.org/donate-now. This organization contributed to the $3,000 per treatment co-pay for Bob's cancer care. They provide counseling, case management and financial assistance to those with cancer.

 

Thank you to the many people who supported Bob during his illnes and to his family during their time of grief. He was a kind and gentle man: loved by old people, children and poor dumb animals. This statement is from Bob and will be added to his graveside at his request.
