Obituary of Phyllis Franz

Phyllis Franz, age 81, peacefully transitioned on March 11, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. Phyllis was a caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her loved ones who survive her will continue to live life in the fullest to continue to honor her legacy.

Phyllis accomplished many great achievements throughout her lifetime. She graduated from Saint Peter the Apostle business school and spent most of her career as a telephone operator at Montgomery Ward. She met her husband John when she was 16 years old, and they were married soon after. According to Phyllis, her greatest achievement, was her contribution to her family. She prided herself on her love for her two sisters and brother, husband, children, grand children and great-grandchildren.
