Obituary of Lois Elaine Courtney

Lois Elaine Courtney (Née Marshall), 83, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord Jesus on January 10, 2022 at Manor Care in Towson, MD. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who put her faith and family first in all she did.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Franklin Courtney; her daughter and son-in-law Pamela and James Olejar; daughter Ruth Jones, son and daughter-in-law James W. and Lisa Courtney; her four grandchildren James and Candice Olejar, Tommy Olejar and girlfriend Christina, John Dean Jones, and Mary Courtney; her two great grandchildren Indigo Olejar and Eli Olejar; brother Arlyn Marshall; brother and sister-in-law Gene and Maryann Marshall and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents William B. Marshall and Frances Lois Marshall. She will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she impacted.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
