Obituary of Mary Kathleen Omohundro

Omohundro – Mary K. (nee Miller), 67 - November 2, 2021, Baltimore, MD - Beloved partner of James Bloom, devoted mother of Shawntel Miller, Kelly Arroyo, Tammie Monroe and husband Brandon; loving Grandmother of Christopher, Robert, Matthew, Avery and Brandon II. Born on March 14, 1954 in Baltimore City to the late Margaret and John Miller, Mary was the single daughter amongst her brothers. Predeceased in death by her eldest brother Mike, she’ll be dearly missed by her brothers John, Albert and Robert. Mary was affectionately known to her family and friends as Kathy. As a homemaker, she devoted her life to raising her 3 daughters. Supported by her loving partner of 28 years, Jimmy, Mary then went onto raise her grandson as well. Always the caregiver, she devoted the last 15 years of her life to the care of her brother, John. Mary loved nothing more than her family. She spent her life caring and supporting her family as well as others. She developed lifelong friendships and was the helping hand reaching out to many over her lifetime. Mary was surrounded by family and wrapped in love when she made her ascension to Heaven. She will be dearly missed but we know that she was greeted by her Mother and other loved ones as she was welcomed into God’s care. Public visitation 2-4PM & 6-8PM on November 9, 2021 at Loudon Park Funeral Home; 3620 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, 11/10 at Loudon Park Funeral Home and internment at Loundon Park Cemetery to immediately follow.
