Deborah Ann Weldon, age 59, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. Debbie was born on September 23, 1961. She was the daughter of Burline Weldon and Theresa Weldon (nee Robinson). She was a devoted wife to William Baylor for 42 years. They were friends before anything, she is all he knows, he was all she knew, best friends to the end. Debbie received her education through the Baltimore City Public School system. Once out of school, she became a caregiver to others. Debbie was affectionately known as Mama Debbie or Aunt Debbie by her grandchildren, friends, nieces and nephews. She was full of life, loved to cook, and spend time with her family and friends. She loved going to bingo, playing cards, and coloring. Debbie had a big heart, she welcomed anyone in need of care into her home and took care of them like they were family. Debbie was the big mama of the family. Debbie will be welcomed into heaven in the loving arms of her mother, Theresa, father Burline, sister Paulette “Polly”, and her brothers Bobby and Gary “Tootsie”. The loved ones she leaves to cherish her loving memories are her husband of 42 years, William Baylor; children Tameka, Dominique, and Sheena; grandchildren Natrone, Nijah, Jalel, Stephen, Rashawnda, Rayona, Jakira, Deondra, Harmony, and Daylin; sisters Belenda, Renee, Charlene, Yolanda, and June; brother Donald, and a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and friends. A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm at Loudon Park Funeral Home, 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. On Saturday, August 21, the family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am in the chapel at Loudon Park Funeral Home, with services following. Interment immediately following at Loudon Park Cemetery.
